Manager and Coach Registration

SWPLL uses "manager" to refer to the person in charge of a team; a "coach" is any adult who is on the field or in the dugout with kids, during a game or at practice.  All managers and coaches must register with SWPLL.

To register as a manager or coach for 2023, here is the process:

1. Complete the required concussion training here. 
   
2. Complete the volunteer registration process here. Attach your concussion training completion certificate and government issued id during registration.
3. Complete background check: Shortly after you have registered,  you will receive a notification email to complete our background check process.  This email will have the subject line ‘SW PORTLAND LITTLE LEAGUE Background Questionnaire Notification’ and will come from SW PORTLAND LITTLE LEAGUE <automation@instascreen.net>. (this replaces the old process of completing an application and sending in your ID)
